تُستخدم آلة قص وتشكيل أسلاك الدراجات اليدوية لقص أسلاك الدراجات بأطوال مختلفة وإعادة تشكيلها. وهي مناسبة لسلك 14G أو 15G، والذي لا يتجاوز قطره 2 مم. صُنعت الآلة من الألومنيوم 7075T6، وهي معالجة بالأكسيد. يسهل تعديل حجمها لتناسب 14G و15G. طول القطع مناسب لطول يتراوح بين 65 و350 مم. كتلة التشكيل مصنوعة من مادة متينة، ويمكن استخدامها لصنع 5000-10000 قطعة من الخيوط. أثناء عملية التشكيل، لا يوجد حديد خردة، وبالتالي يكون قطر الخيط أكبر من قطر الفولاذ الخام.
